This is the only motor repair business I will ever use. Mot’s, Servicing, major repairs, minor bits of assistance even. They have always looked after me very well and I trust them completely. They lend me a courtesy car if I want to go home and pick my vehicle up later or another day. Their charging is very reasonable and their advice honest. They look after my motorhome and having recommended them to friends with motorhomes, they are now regulars there too. They also look after my diesel estate car.
Whilst working near Thetford I desperately needed my aircon re-gassing as it wasn't working in the heat last week. Rang on Friday morning not really expecting to get an appointment but I was asked if I wanted to bring the car in whenever I was ready, they'd be able to do it. Took it in within the hour, and about one hour later I was driving to work in a beautifully cool car interior. The guys at Gorse are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They also have free tea and coffee [which is good stuff too!]. Just a shame they are about 180 miles from my base up in the dark, grim north, as they would be my garage of choice!
Just took my car in to change its cambelts which were, rather overdue a change. Very helpful and friendly garage and ended up charging me.less than quoted. I will definitely use this garage again. 2009 Focus 1.8 diesel.
I don’t normally write reviews, however my experience over the past few days really needed some appreciation. I purchased a car at the weekend and was keen to get the full works to ensure it was safe, my normal go to garage had no appointments for a few weeks so rather nervously had to find somewhere new. Gorse gave a great impression from the phone call and managed to squeeze my car in for a major service, plus cam belt& water pump as-well as fixing the air-con at a very competitive deal. The service was just awesome, felt very comfortable, everything explained fully and felt so genuine! I have always found in the past when the bill arrives extras appear but the price bill was exactly as quoted. Will be moving all my vehicles over to Gorse from now on. I would happily recommend any friends and family head to Gorse, only one improvement IMO, the loan car needs a clean 😂
TESLA familiar M.O.T. / Service Centre with knowledgeable , friendly, motor engineers and with a TESLA Supercharger station just down the road !Took all stress away from concerns over the complexity of testing an electric car !

I've used Gorse Motors a few times, I make it clear that I will understand the work (I have an engineering background myself) they always explain, are polite and professional. The work so far as I can tell is of a good standard and at a fair price. Would recommend.
Had the heating on my Audi A3 sorted here and the service was great! I had been told multiple times by different garages that I needed to have the heating matrix replaced but Jason didn’t think this was needed. So he investigated the issue and managed to fix it for half the price of what it would have cost to have the matrix replaced and the heating has worked brilliantly ever since! I was kept up to date with everything and all staff I come across were very friendly. Would definitely recommend and will go there for any issues I have with my car!

Took both my cars for MOT and they were honest about every defect. They are very interactive with the customer no matter what the job is. Amazing work especially looking at the repainted (powder coated) wheels. Great job fellaz. If there was 10 stars u'd definitely get them. Highly recommended !!!!

Amazing customer service. Rang up needing an MOT done on my Audi A3 and they managed to fit me in that afternoon! Price was reasonable and they even gave me some advice about positioning of dash cam to ensure it does not impact on vision. I will deffinately be using Gorse Motors again.
